Need some of you drunk scientists for a minute.
So i recently heard on a podcast that heavy drinkers often have a thiamine (vitamin b1) defficiency. They then listed like 6 side effects that really felt like they were talking directly to me. “Fatigue, sleeping 4 hours and waking back up, trouble concentrating, short term memory problems, etc…..). I was wondering what sort of vitamins/life hacks could i use to sort of ease some of the symptoms of a boy who loves a good old whiskey or two.
