My face burns like it’s on fire

Whenever I have alcohol ( A beer or two ) .. my whole face burns , I can feel the heat on my face and feels like it’s reacting to something . Why is this happening and what can I do to prevent this ? Is this normal ? Any of you had similar thing ? Anyone ?

Edit : forgot to say ..I started drinking few years back and never , I have had this issue till recently .
