Why did i get drunk and puking after two shots of vodka?

I got drunk by vodka and the french brand pastis which 38-45% before and nothing this bad happend .

I drank a sip of vodka mixed with strawberry juice and puked dinner , after that i had tiny sips and a shot and puked again .

Got semi drunk where i feel hot and dizyy but still able to feel bad in my stomach drinking .

was mixing it with strawbery milky juice the bad idea or i just had a bad case of just not being able randomly ?

and any suggestions for things to mix with vodka the next time because i only know to coca cola or just straight up .
