I spent the last few months obsessively ranking espresso martinis across the UK – so I built a site for it

I’ve had an embarrassing number of espresso martinis over the past few years, and my friends got tired of hearing my unsolicited reviews after every brunch. So naturally, I made it a website instead.

I just launched Sip Happens – a dedicated espresso martini review blog where I rate everything from the foam quality and coffee-to-spirit balance to the vibes of the place serving it.

A few things I cover:

– Honest, scored reviews of bars, restaurants & cafés

– Tips on what makes a great (vs. a terrible) espresso martini

– The occasional deep-dive into technique and recipes

It’s early days and I’m building out the content – would love for fellow coffee cocktail fans to follow along, share spots I should visit, or just tell me if my taste is completely wrong.
