Mojito

What’s your choice ingredients? Mineragua is the fizzy I used tonight. Bacardi and lime juice since I didn’t use fresh ones. Normally I like the fresh with a little rind and then bitters. Granular sugar or simple syrup? I used granular tonight. The mint was moldy but a few leafs stayed okay. I think it brought the flavor out more. Anyway 9/10 because they can always be better. But I make a good mojito.
