Mikes hard Arnold Palmer

Last night I mixed one mikes hard lemonade with Milo’s sweet tea and put it in my 32 oz owala. It was really good but I didn’t drink it fast or anything it took me about an hour to drink. Around 4 am this morning I woke up sick to my stomach and I’ve been sick since. Why did this happen? I don’t feel hungover, no headache or anything I’m just extremely sick to my stomach with the shits and a nauseous feeling with a fever.
