is my wine safe to drink

so i found wine in my cabinet and it says it was made in 2022. it was opened but it was resealed it has a twist cap, is it ok to drink? i cant tell if its “bad” or not or how that works honestly. its “dry creek vineyard fume blanc sauvignon blanc” the % is 13.5 if that makes a difference. i dunno. i dont know how long its been in the cabinet or how long ago it was opened, probably way too long ago.
