Idk what to tell my therapist
I drink like once a month, in no way am I addicted physically, but I LOVE wine in a (diagnosed) autistic hyperfixation way, I love the etiquette in it. Sure I’m dependant on it, and when I do drink it’s a lot, I think about alc a lot, but rarely actually drink it. When I do it does tend to be depressive, it’s not like I have a problem, but my behavior might be problematic?
