Why does my chest tingle when I drink?

I’m not a big drinker, but whenever I do drink (as in, quite literally when I take a sip. Once it’s settled in my stomach the feeling goes away) I get a light tingling feeling in my chest and my heart feels funny. I have no health issues, I’m in my 20’s, only drink maybe once every few months. Is this normal? every time i explain it to someone they never know what I’m talking about.
