Does anyone know if a clubtail left out overnight is safe?

Anyone know if a margarita clubtail left out overnight (12+ hours) will be okay to drink after I re refrigerate it? I know I’ve left out wine that long before and been find but I thought I’d ask if there’s a major or only minor risk of getting sick from this?
