Help with identifying a bottle

I was wondering if anyone knows anything about this bottle. I got it from my FIL who cant tell me anything about it. I have found out that it is a cognac/brandy from Ukraine, but i was wondering if anyone could help me find out who the producer is. If anyone has any cocktail recipes for a spritit as this ill gladly take those too!
