Adverse Childhood Experiences, impulsivity and peer relationship quality impact on patterns of alcohol and substance use during young adulthood.
Hello everyone,
I am conducting research as part of my MSc in Psychology and Wellbeing at Dublin City University, supervised by Dr. Catherine Fassbender.
My study explores how Adverse Childhood Experiences, impulsivity and peer relationship
quality relate to patterns of alcohol and substance use during young adulthood.
I am looking for adults aged 18-30 who:
✔ Have consumed alcohol or drugs/marijuana at any point in their lives
✔ Are willing to complete a 20–30 minute anonymous online survey
✔ Are comfortable answering questions about early life traumatic experiences
Your participation is completely anonymous, voluntary and greatly appreciated. It will contribute to a deeper understanding of psychological and developmental factors linked to substance use.
