A large amount of particles in a one-liter bottle of Jack Daniel’s Old No. 7

Today I bought a 1-liter bottle of Jack Daniel’s at one of the largest discount retail chains in Poland. After getting home, I noticed that there is a considerable amount of small particles of various shapes floating inside the bottle.

I’m surprised and concerned, especially since the classic version of Jack Daniel’s sold in Poland has a plastic screw cap rather than a cork. The photos probably don’t fully capture how many particles are actually inside, but would this be grounds for a complaint or return? Is the whiskey safe to drink?

I should add that the bottle’s plastic seal around the neck and cap is intact, and the excise tax stamp is also undamaged. After scanning the QR code on the tax stamp, it shows as valid on the official government website used to verify excise stamps.
