Question: Should I keep throwing up bile

I know this sounds like a very stupid question, but I cannot stop throwing up. I cannot consume anything, as even a gulp of water makes me throw up it and green acid in less than 5 mins. so my question is, should I continue drinking sips of water and throwing up this bile, or should I stop immediately and just deal with the fact I cannot drink or eat anything for an unspecified amount of time? Thanks
