DRUNK DRIVING

Someone I care about deeply has slowly been going down a bad path with alcohol. One of the worst things is they will drive drunk on a consistent basis.

They work at a restaurant/bar and will drink there all night, then sometimes go to the bars after, keep drinking, then make a 20 minute drive home, or wherever else they may go.

I am worried they are going to hurt someone else or themselves. I have a rough idea of the days they work at this bar, and I know what time they close. But the workers often stay and drink after they close as well, so I don’t know exactly when they leave and if they are going to another bar after.

I would like to report this person anonymously before they get themselves or someone else, the problem is I am not sure how to go about it since I don’t know exact times they are leaving places. I do have license plate/description of vehicle.

I really think this person needs a wake up call to show them they have a drinking problem, because they dent It completely. They have already gotten a hit and run charge when they weee drunk 2 years ago., but left the scene so no DUI. Any advice on how to handle this would be great.
