Why does my body break out like this when I drink after I eat??

So, I’ve only had this happen a handful of times I my life, but when it happens, I cannot bre as th, my body gets these huge splotches of red skin, and I get a slight headache. Does anyone care to tell me what’s up? It also extends to my arms, legs, ass, and eventually my hands and feet… what is ir??
