Etg test tomorrow at 12

Hello, I thought I was going to see my P.O on the 5th. I decided yesterday that I should be good to take a double shot of liquor (100ml/70 proof). About an hour after I took it, I got a text from her reminding of my appointment today @1:30. I have 24 hours from the time I meet with her to take my UA. It is an Etg test. My question is how long should that amount stay in my system to show up. Will I be good if I go tomorrow around 12 (roughly 46-47 hour timelapse) I am 6ft and 240 lbs with Gastroperisis (excuse the spelling)? What should I do to speed up the process (if any)?
