Luxardo Bitter Bianco

As a reminder: I foolishly vowed to drink more liqueurs and cordials this year as a response to the tragedy of the Chartreuse shortage.

Luxardo Bitter Bianco is a very nice liqueur. Clean, as far as liqueurs go. Not too syrupy. A subtle cherry flavor and the bitter also isn’t overwhelming. It’s a very nice balance. I can’t stop drinking them. 60 proof – I’m feeling a little tipsy.

Definitely recommend.
