Elderflower Liqueur

So, I did it. I finally got up my courage and bought a bottle of liqueur. I’ll be sampling the Elderflower tonight. I’ll try it neat and then I’ll martini it (probably won’t work, but you can never be sure) then tomorrow night I’ll try it chilled and if it’s still pretty vile I’ll mix it with seltzer.
