Alcohol Intolerance/Allergy

I’ve been running under the assumption that I have an alcohol intolerance, but I’m not 100% sure, as I can’t seem to find my symptom. I’m hoping it’s just uncommon and not something more serious. In short, when I drink, my head jerks sharply to the left. This happens with small amounts as well as a regular drink, though a sip doesn’t hit as quickly or as painfully. Is there any confirmation one way or the other, and also, is there anything I could drink that isn’t going to make me look like a spaz in public?
