Surprise hangover

at least once a week my gf and I will have a bottle of red wine each. that night was last night and the wine was 11%. as I say it’s a regular and totally normal thing we do that doesn’t usually affect us much the next day.

so why do I feel so bad today? it’s 3pm, I’ve had to take the day off, in bed with the shakes.

why have I got a surprise hangover from hell out of nowhere???
