Alcohol and im dying

im 26 and have been drinking since 19, started young with weed and acid at 13 but since I started drinking at around 17-18 its taken me worse than anything… ive always like drugs and smoking cigarettes but alcohol has gripped me worse than anything I’ve been so close so many times to quiting but cant.. it has been the worst thing that has happened to me
