Weird spots after drinking

Idk where else to ask this but sometimes I’ll get small pinkish red spots on the left side of my stomach after drinking just a little bit. I don’t drink on an often basis just for celebrations and stuff but I noticed the first one on Halloween but that one was much darker almost blue looking and cleared up in a day or two. Christmas it was just small pink spots a little lower this time. Does anyone know what that might be?
