Allergy to wine, what can I drink instead?

So i’m not necessarily allergic to wine but everytime I drink it I feel very faint as it’s a vasodilator. I’m about to get married and I plan to serve wine for my guests. I want to know- what is something simple I can have in my glass so I can still have some alcohol and feel classy while mingling with everyone!
