Quick, please help:

I’m trying to put together a last min gift box for “him”. We’re still getting to know each other so all I know is that he likes “brown”, was drinking scotch the other night and he IS Brown, if that helps. What’s a standard scotch that all scotch drinkers would like? Just something that I can get at the store asap. For context, I live in Canada and know nothing about alcohol… please help!
