In laws received this as part of a liquor cabinet purchase from a neighbor

I don’t know anything about this brand/bottle, hoping someone hear could help.

Bottle is sealed and obviously unopened. Ballerina inside still dances well and moves perfectly. Anyone else heard of this or can help clarify what they have?
