How do you combine vodka with nicotine?

Around 6 months ago I would take down 2-3 shots, and insert a Nic pouch around 15-20 mins later and felt a pretty nice buzz. It’s the Christmas break and I wanna do it again. Anyone got an optimal method and timing to ensure the best buzz?
