Need some help with shipping drinks

Let me start off by saying I AM NOT A BREWER! I DO NOT SELL ALCOHOL!!

Now with that out of the way. I want to ship some moonshine to my dad for (late) Christmas, and while beforehand I was confident about doing something that is perhaps a tiiiny bit illegal, even with extra careful packaging, you can still hear the 750 ml jar sloshing around if you swing the package around a few times. I don’t really want to go to jail because I wanted to surprise my dad, and I had no idea where else I should ask this, so has anyone here successfully shipped it before? Which courier did you use? Were you asked questions? Does the olive oil excuse actually work? Do these postal workers even give a damn? Anything is helpful!
