Drinking brandy from the unrecognized breakaway state of Transnistria

I like to learn geography from drinks, so I always try to drink things from exotic places. This is how I know how to find them on the map. I like my coffee from Lake Kivu, I like my wine from Minho, and now, I have finally had the chance to try something from Transnistria! Although I guess to sell it better in export markets, they say it is from Moldovia, but this was distilled in Tiraspol, so part of the breakaway state.

How does it taste? Not great honestly. Skip it unless you want to try something from an unrecognized country.
