Threw up black blood do I need to go to a doctor?

For context, I’ve been drinking like crazy for the past few weeks and threw up like three times last week, but didn’t see any concerning signs until last night. Last night I drank a few bottles of soju and also a few cans of coke. I ended up throwing up and it was just like black. Google says that I should go see a doctor immediately for internal bleeding or something but I also read that it might be the coke I drank? Should I be concerned?
