One of the most creative and beautiful bottles I’ve found – and a great baijiu contained therein!

This is Xifengjiu, a unique “phoenix aroma” baijiu from Shaanxi Province, China. This particular bottle is the 16 year aged expression which is named “Huashan” after a famous mountain in Shaanxi. The bottle looks like a genie’s bottle or a wizard’s potion and has a model of Huashan in the bottom.

The taste has the richness of strong aroma baijiu and the smoothness of light aroma baijiu. Fragrant and fruity, but also smooth and drinkable. For those who don’t think they like baijiu, this would be a great starting point.
