suddenly throwing up when drinking

Hello

I used to be able to drink a whole lot of alcohol, without throwing up and getting really drunk (not an alcoholic btw. just 18yo). suddenly last year I just started throwing up after the tiniest bit of alcohol, which I find very annoying, when trying to get shitfaced. I was wondering if it could be some sort of psychological “karma” since it was just a little after I really fucked up by kissing some girl, which I knew had a boyfriend, or if it is something else entirely? Thanks!
