Alcohol intolerance or Histamine Intolerance?

So uh i tried drinking sparkling lemonade with vodka shots, beers, red wines and brandies but im having a reaction sometimes like itchyness ( i think redness is normal for asians). itchyness is my only problem when i consume alcohol, is this a histamine or alcohol intolerance? can someone help me clarify this problem? are there any ppl with the same issues such as mine? do young adults and middle age ppl experience this? i wanna drink but yeah the itchyness is my enemy ( i don’t wanna prohibit myself unless its a death threat)
