Your go to premium spirit that actually deserves the hype?

I’ve been trying to upgrade a few bottles lately since picking up a bartesian for cocktails and it got me thinking not every “premium” label is actually worth the price tag. But every now and then you hit that one bottle where the hype suddenly makes sense. So I’m curious what’s the premium spirit that really lived up to its reputation for you?
