Anyone ordered from Little Spirits Box?

I really want to get the little gin box subscription from https://littlespiritsbox.com/ for my boyfriend for Christmas, but want to make sure it’s a reputable place. I’ve contacted them twice about shipping concerns and they’ve haven’t responded, which is why I’m hesitant to order. Or if anyone has recommendations for another gin subscription, preferably a Canadian company that would be great!
