Reaction to drinking changed
The more lean I am the less effects alcohol has.
Was always a binge drinker, life happened, worked out (too hard at one point)to deal with stress.
Seems the less fat I carry the less alcohol affects me (physically, emotionally I’m a wreck afterwards).
What I mean is, I literal don’t get hangovers anymore. 20+ drinks over a few hours and physically I feel fine. No nausea, headache etc…
I can go a month without drinking and it’s still the same.
It seems to be about how lean I am.
Anyone else know wtf is going on or able to explain this?
