Get nauseas even with tiny drinks. Used to have high tolerance

This just happened so it might go away but I have always had a high tolerance to alcohol. Takes a lot to get me really drunk and I’ve always been fine with chugging a lot without getting real nauseous. But I got the tiniest bottles of fire ball(50ml) (and I’m able to drink a whole 750 ml without gagging). I took the tinniest sips and I feel nauseous every sip. I don’t understand why. I was doing just fine 2 days ago. Suddenly I can’t even take a tiny sip. Can’t find anyone exactly like me. I just wanna know why this is happening. And if so will it go away and is there a way to fix it. Bc honestly alcohol is sometimes the only escape from everything
