what drink do you actually never get tired of?

I’ve tried a bunch of different stuff lately but most drinks get boring after a while. There are a few I always come back to though. Curious, what’s the one drink you can always enjoy no matter the occasion? And do you think it’s more about the taste or the memories tied to it?
