chest hurting after drinking alcohol

so in the span of maybe 4-5 hours i had around 4 of those 3.4 oz fireballs and 3 buzz balls but the 3 buzz balls i drank within like mayb 15-20 mins anyway as the title says my chest started hurting rly bad it ended up going away but i do not drink much at all other than recently i had a certain things happen recently n i felt like having a good time without any hard drugs and the taste of alcohol usually prevents me from binge drinking more than like 2-3 days and this is probaly the a hand few of times ive gotten drunk my entire life i do not drink almost at all when i do any sort of binge of a substance its never alcohol only k but i havent had K in months so im wondering did i drink those buzz balls too fast or what? it only started hurting like 20 mins after drinking the buzz balls as well ANYWAY any sort of help or advice is so helpful thanks bc this is the most ive dranken my entire life but i have had some nerve damage caused by meth in my left elbow but i dont think that wld have anything to do w it bc i havent had any issues with it since i was younger but again any help or advice is very much helpful
