I guess I gotta go to the hospital and I don’t want to

I have a concussion and I’m not talking normally I tripped a fell into a rock wall bumped my head now the way I speak is different I’ll admit it but I did not see this coming. Everyone says I need to go to hospital. I talk like speaking backwards to them pretty much. I have had problem with my ex that I’ve been waiting to talk about he killed my baby tried to murder me and stuff and I just wanted to know why when I took care of him.
