My hangover prevention routine works amazing for me. About 95% of the time I have no headache the next day. It’s a bit pricey and I’m wondering whether there is a cheaper way to do this.
I find that if I take a couple large teaspoons of Metamucil right before I drink, then I have about 6-8 drinks, if I drink a Pedialyte (or the generic Walmart one) [drinking half of it halfway through my drinking session, and the rest of the bottle before I go to bed], that almost without fail it prevents a hangover for me. I don’t know why this combination works so well, but for my unique needs, it just works really well. But those generic Pedialytes are still a bit pricey (about $3.50 a piece).
I thought about trying Liquid IV. Can anyone here advise on if you think it is as helpful as a Pedialyte can be? I tried a generic version of Liquid IV (some random electrolyte packet mix, can’t remember the name) and it literally didn’t help at all. I can’t remember the name, I bought a box thinking it would save me money, but it was a total waste, had to switch back to generic pedialyte.
Anyone else have a similar experience, and is Liquid IV working for you?
