Acetaminophen after drinking for hangovers.

This is purely anecdotal, but for years if I drank a lot and took acetaminophen before bed I would wake up with no hangover. I’m reading that it’s generally not recommended to take acetaminophen with alcohol due to live damage. Does anyone else have experience with acetaminophen & alcohol, negative or positive?
