Buying Alcohol for Resale

I am in Edinburgh, Scotland, and have a temporary license to sell alcohol at an event. I have now realised there is laws around what I can and cannot resell. Where is good places to buy alcohol to be able to resell it? I am looking for cheap wine and beer.
