easiest shots to get down?

i’ve taken shots of dark rum, white rum, pepper and flavored vodka, normal vodka, gin (0/10, don’t recommend), amaretto, jagermeister, you get the point. but i still find it hard to down the shots. usually i have to take them by the sink so i could rinse out my mouth after a shot. i also don’t really like cocktails.

what are some easy (easier) shots to take as a medium-weight? so far my best experience was with white rum, but if there are any other options then pls lmk. goal is to get blackout drunk. price/brand doesn’t matter.
