What is the burning sensation?

Hi, i iust drank a bunch of mojito, they were canned alcoholic drinks, i drank like 4-6 of them pretty fast, I’m not really drunk at all, at most I’d say I’m tipsy, but i did experience a painful sorta burning kind of pressude in the middle of my chest? I threw up and it went away but I’m wondering what it was if anyone ever experienced this and knows.
