These are a few tips that helped me when I drank too much around college and may help you as someone young or adult.

Throw up (if you have to) your body knows what to do but sometimes your brain doesn’t want to. If you’ve had entirely too much, you’re dizzy, just stick your fingers down your throat a few times. I don’t recommend a puke & rally.

Get a plan to get somewhere SAFE where you can lay down INSIDE with a blanket. Preferably your own house / apt.

Drink as much water as possible and eat something, anything.

Grab two cloths, soak them with cold water and then ring them out pretty good (the less you ring them out the better it works tbh)

Get in the bed, couch or floor and place the soaked cloths on your chest and on your head with your water beside you so you can grab it quickly. This should cool you down quickly because the body tends to heat up. You may wake up freezing. That’s when you toss them and cuddle up with a good blanket.

Play something soothing on your phone, everyone has their own thing. Mine was Alan Watts before YouTube made him main stream (he deserved it)

BONUS: If you’re a lucky one and get to sleep in your own bed, this is the best and strangest trick. If you get in the bed and you’re getting the spins, readjust your body. Put your head at the feet of the bed and your feet at the head of the bed. Idk why, but it works really well. I think it’s tricking your brain into being in an alternate universe.
