What was the worst hangover of your life? how did you felt?
For me it was in 2021.
I was 18, at my friends 18 birthday party.
I got a little carried away and decided that counting shots and trying to break a record among my friend group was a great idea.
Throughout the night i managed to drink about 34 shots of vodka, with is around 1.1-1.3 liter, every each one documented by a photo sent to the group chat.
I held up pretty well, puking only once at the party.
Fast forward couple hours, im at home didn’t know how did i get there, Its 9am and im still very drunk, so drunk that i dont remember everything correctly, and i was drunk enough to text all of my ex girlfriends.
At around 12 i was still drunk and i fell asleep. i woke up at 3, whole body cold, shaking, every muscle in my body hurts. i lied in bed for 3 hours deleting drunk texts to my friends and my exes. Then i wanted to grab a glass of water, and when i stood up, i stepped on my vomit probably from when i came back, my vision turned black and i felt like i couldn’t stand nor walk. I literally no joke crawled to the kitchen and passed out, i literally felt like i was dying. My mum came home later, found me sleeping on the kitchen floor, still in the same clothes i wore at the party, stains all over me, spilled glass of water next to me, then she found out that i broke the fence outside, and my car door was open (idk why, i didn’t even drive to the party). Next thing im trying to puke in the bathroom, but i can’t because i only drank some water and its like 8pm at this point, and i can’t eat nothing because im nauseous. I don’t remember what happened next but i woke up the next day, so hungry and dehydrated that i almost passed out.
I was recovering for 3 days. One of the worst experiences ever. Made me realize that i should slow down with drinking at parties.
But i did break the record and to this day nobody has broken it.
