Alcohol Allergy

I’ve recently been diagnosed with an allergy to alcohol and need recommendations on basic items. So many basics like aerosol deodorant, perfume, hairspray, cosmetics, skincare, etc. have trace amounts of alcohol. If you also have an allergy, what do you use? I’m specifically looking for deodorant, perfume, and nail care options.
