Turning 21 soon and I’m going to a Japanese steakhouse. Any alcohol suggestions?

I’m a bit overwhelmed with my options bc idk what anything tastes like or what I like here are the options. I know I want to try something that’s Japanese so if anyone has tried any of these and can help me decide which to get that would be appreciated please and thank you.
