Ruined my life because i was too drunk

(Sorry for the bad english) Last night i (16F) went to my friend’s birthday and i drank too much. We went to a club and the guy kicked me out because i couldnt even walk. My friend group (thats 10 people) helped me because i was sitting down and throwing up everywhere . Every person my age was there and saw everything , how i was throwing up all over my friends , how i was about to collapse , i couldnt walk , couldnt stand , couldnt feel my body , i got alcohol poisoning , they even called the police and ambulance who drove me to my parents house and injected me with something . Now my friend group has broken up their friendship with me and everyone is now making fun of me , how do i try to get over this . I literally feel like my whole life is ruined and i cant move from this .
